Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification email when your order has been dispatched. 

/ UK Delivery

All UK orders are delivered Royal Mail 2nd class. Royal mail guidelines state to expect 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive.

/ International Shipping

International shipping rates for your order will be calculated at check out. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked Shipping. Your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. Lucy Laslett Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are the customers responsibility.
